Not your average business consultant.
Luxury-caliber sales, events, and brand leadership for hospitality brands — and the consumer and media brands who want someone to plan the trip, the activation, or the event at one. Based in New England, working up and down the East Coast.
I spent a decade filling rooms, tables, and calendars for other people's hospitality brands — booking the groups, running the openings, building the relationships that keep a business full. Stasia Consulting is that same work, now working for you.
Talk.

I'm Anastasia Kozler, founder of Stasia Consulting. For more than fifteen years, I've worked in hospitality sales, events, and revenue across some incredible properties throughout New England and the East Coast, including Forbes Five-Star resorts and Michelin Key hotels. I've built my career around growing business, building relationships, and creating experiences people want to be part of.
My background is in sales and events, but my work has never really fit into one box.
Over the years, I've consistently exceeded revenue goals, developed new business, managed corporate accounts, built strategic partnerships, negotiated contracts, produced events, and worked alongside operations, marketing, and leadership to grow the bigger picture. I've also been on the ground for openings, launches, new initiatives, and the moments when a property or business needs to figure out what comes next.
I know hospitality from the inside.
I know what it takes to sell a hotel. I know what it takes to grow an event business. I know what makes a partnership actually work, how a great idea gets turned into revenue, and how much of hospitality comes down to relationships, reputation, and creating an experience people remember.
I love the people in this industry. I love the pace. I love a big goal and the feeling of making something happen. I love connecting the right people, creating opportunities, and watching an idea grow into something bigger than it started.
That's ultimately what Stasia is built around.
Today, I work with hospitality businesses, hotels, venues, and brands on the things that make them grow — from sales and revenue strategy to marketing, partnerships, business development, events, positioning, launches, and community. Sometimes the work is strategic. Sometimes it's getting into the weeds and building the thing alongside the team. Usually, it's both.
I'm not interested in consulting from a distance. I like being involved.
I grew up in New England and have lived and worked all over the East Coast throughout my career. Maine is home now, but my work continues to take me across the region, and I love that I get to work with brands and businesses in so many different markets.
I'm also the founder of Portland Girls Club, a community I created in Portland that has grown into large, sold-out events with restaurants, hotels, gyms, and local brands throughout the city. PGC has given me another way to do what I love most: bring people together, create something people are excited to be part of, and build real relationships around it.
Outside of work, I'm a dog mom, a lifelong Harry Potter fan, and someone who is always looking for the next great hotel, restaurant, trip, event, or excuse to get people together.
I've spent my career in hospitality.
I've built businesses, relationships, events, and communities.
Stasia is where all of that comes together.

Get a QuoteReal Girlhood
What started as me looking for new friends in Portland has grown into a community of hundreds — 30+ Maine business partnerships and 8 sold-out events later.
When I moved to Portland, I didn't have a big friend group here — so I started Portland Girls Club as a way to meet people and make new friends in a new city.
I didn't expect it to change everything.
Through the club, I met my three best friends — Maddy, Jordan, and Julianna — who all eventually became my co-founders. What started as a handful of women getting together turned into something bigger than any of us expected.
Since then, we've built a sisterhood.
We've hosted countless sold-out events and partnered with more than 30 Maine businesses and brands — restaurants, hotels, gyms, and local companies who wanted to be part of what we were building. Every event gives back to the community we're part of, not just the brands at the table.
